Greg Besner, President
Greg is co-founder and CEO of RSS. Prior to founding RSS Greg was Vice President at Merrill Lynch
managing approximately $13 billion of restricted stock for the firms' largest Institutional and Private
Clients. Greg also managed restricted stock transactions as an Executive in the Private Wealth Management
division of Goldman Sachs. Greg is a published author and frequent speaker on the subject of technology and
compliance trends within executive and equity compensation. Greg earned his M.B.A. in Management and Finance
from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.A from Rutgers College. Greg was named
Ernst & Young 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year in New Jersey.
Joe Studholme, Chief Operating Officer
Joe is co-founder and COO of RSS. Joe has more than twenty years of experience managing software teams and
projects. Prior to founding RSS he was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Technology at Connect Systems, a
New York based technology firm. Connect Systems specialized in managing technology projects for financial institutions.
Prior to managing Connect Systems, Joe worked for ten years with the Advanced Technology Group at Princeton University.
Joe earned his B.A. from Princeton University and Rutgers University.
Andrew Blane, Director of Sales
Andrew is Director of Sales in addition to managing the RSS Chicago office. Andrew joined RSS three years ago
from Horiba LTD., an international technology company focusing on instrumentation. During his eight year tenure at Horiba,
Andrew was promoted to Global Sales Manager specializing in market penetration and managing international territories.
He grew his division into the top revenue producing group at Horiba before joining RSS. Andrew earned his B.A. from
Princeton University.
David Genetti, VP Business Analysis
Dave joined RSS from Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. While with Andersen, David worked
to develop and test enterprise and industry technology solutions. His experience includes leading teams
in business requirements definition and application design. Most recently, David led a team that
performed a comprehensive testing effort of the wholesale ordering system for Verizon. David earned
his B.A. from Princeton University.
Rob Pastor, VP Software Development
Rob has been with RSS for over five years, where he has helped to design and develop the technology platform
on which RSS has become the industry leader. He joined RSS from Bloomberg, where he was a lead application
developer for Bloomberg.com. Rob specializes in designing, implementing, and integrating web-based technology
solutions. Rob earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers College.
Nikolajs Vedejs, VP Engineering
Nik Vedejs joined RSS from Avanade, an Accenture/Microsoft technology consulting joint venture, where he
specialized in designing and deploying web-based enterprise systems built on the Microsoft platform.
Prior to working at Avanade, Nik spent several years at Accenture developing technical solutions for
both the Financial and Pharmaceutical industries. Nik is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider and
earned his B.S.E in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
