Rising Star in Deloitte & Touche's New Jersey Technology Fast 50 Program
Princeton, N.J. - In
recognition of its rapid growth, Restricted Stock Systems (RSS) was named a
Rising Star in Deloitte & Touche's Technology Fast 50 program for New Jersey.
The award was given at a breakfast ceremony on Thursday, August 14th in
Iselin, New Jersey. The Rising Star award recognizes fast-growth technology
companies that have been in business no more than four years and have shown
impressive yearly revenue growth. The award is part of the New Jersey
Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology
companies headquartered in the state.
"RSS is honored to be recognized by Deloitte & Touche for our strong performance," said Greg Besner,
CEO of Restricted Stock Systems, "This award underlines the effort and
commitment everyone at our company has put forth in order to see us continue
to grow."
Restricted Stock Systems
(RSS) provides solutions for reporting corporate insider transactions of
restricted and control stock to both corporations and brokerage houses. RSS
automates a complicated process that was once done by hand and in doing so
saves its clients resources and time. The company has sustained noteworthy
growth since its inception in February 2000 and already counts among its
clients some of the world's leading financial services firms. RSS has now been
recognized twice in the last two months, its CEO having been honored in June
by Ernst & Young as New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year in the Emerging Growth
category.
"To rank on the Deloitte &
Touche Rising Star Technology Fast 50, companies must have phenomenal revenue
growth over 3 years. Restricted Stock Systems has proven to be one of the
fast-growth success stories in New Jersey, and we applaud their success and
vision," said Paul Mlynarski, Tax Partner and Chair of the New Jersey
Technology Fast 50.
As a Rising Star winner, RSS
will automatically be entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500
program's Rising Star category. The Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500
